DELETING MESSAGES IN WEBMAIL
How To Delete Messages
To delete an individual message or certain messages, click the checkbox to the left of the message or messages you would like to delete, then scroll to the bottom and click DELETE.

To delete all messages in the mailbox, scroll to the bottom and click DELETE ALL. This will permanently remove all messages from the current folder.

Problems Deleting Messages
Because some messages can be very large, deleting large numbers of messages can be difficult. If you have trouble deleting messages from a mailbox, try these steps:

1- If you are deleting a page of messages at a time, try reducing the number of messages per page. Click Personal Account Options and Edit My Preferences. Reduce the number of messages per page and try again.

2- Remove individual messages, especially large html messages. Also remove all messages with attachments individually.

3- Create a new mailbox. In the left column select Edit Mailbox, then rename the current mailbox temporarily to something like MAINOLD or SPAMOLD. Look through this mailbox, and move any desired messages to your MAIN mailbox. When all desired messages are safely moved, click Edit Mailbox again and select Delete Mailbox, and remove the temporary mailbox. Keep in mind this is a permanent action, so be sure you have removed all important messages before removing the mailbox.

4- If the mailbox is very large and the DELETE ALL command does not work, you can empty the problem mailbox quickly and easily. Click Edit Mailbox in the left column, and then Delete Mailbox. This will delete the entire mailbox and all its contents. Be sure you have removed any messages you want to keep, as this delete is permanent and cannot be undone. If you remove the MAIN or SPAM mailboxes, they will be automatically created when new mail arrives, no action is required.
