The LiveWire system uses standard 802.11b frequencies. If you already own an 802.11b client and would like to use it for LiveWire service, simply point your system at one of our towers and look for a signal. Any SSID that begins with NORTHMO.NET-xxx or CAMERON.NET-xxx is a LiveWire tower, and is available for service. If your equipment has an antenna - which is normally required - be sure to point it at our transmitter and experiment with the aiming to obtain the best response. If you are unsure about the level of your signals, email support@northmo.net while you are connected, and our technicians can check the LiveWire system and inform you of the quality of your connection. Once you have established a successful connection, you will need to create a LiveWire account before the connection is activated. Click here to select a rate plan.
